And what's going on in Get Fuzzy? It could be the joke is simply that silly Satchel says he is so hungry he could eat and the rest of the strip is just a silent trail-off. But, if so, why does Rob look off-stage? This could also be one of those booger-like set-up for a future pay-off. But, if that is the case, why do it on a Saturday? No one will remember what's going on on Monday.

All I could come up with was that he was so hungry he decided to act like a dog and "Get Fuzzy". It is certainly not the best effect in a comic...
I think the joke is that he's gotten Rob to stare in the same direction. But yeah, it seems to be missing a payoff.
